We are obsessed with smoothies in our home! It is such an easy way to get vitamins and nutrients for everyone in the family. On days when the kids are being picky with their food, I don’t worry too much because I know they are getting great stuff in smoothies. I often forget to eat, so I appreciate the way a smoothie can quickly fill me up and keep me full for a while.
I am going to be sharing family size smoothies. Feel free to follow the recipes, but my biggest bit of advice is to get comfortable playing around with ingredients. The thing I love most about smoothies is that I can just throw things together from the fridge. They don’t take much thought or time, and that makes it more enjoyable! It is also a great way to use fruits and veggies up rather than letting them go bad.
