I have been feeling really guilty lately about how often I hear, “but you would never feed your kids that”. Listen to me please! I do love feeding my kids organic. We love healthy options, we love trying new things, we have to work around food allergies, and I have a passion for food. BUT!! I am a real mom with a busy schedule and a real life. Please know that we eat from the drive through, out of a box, and heated in the microwave a number of times during the week just like most families! I strongly believe in balance when it comes to eating. The reality of eating healthy every time something goes in the mouth of our family of 100, just kidding, our family of 6 is nearly impossible and not realistic. I refuse to judge other moms, especially when we eat Spaghetti-O’s too!
